Amy Guggenheim Shenkan

Senior Advisor

Amy Guggenheim Shenkan is a Senior Advisor of ACP. She serves on the boards of Byrider and Hybrid Apparel where she brings her deep expertise in ecommerce and digital transformation to drive enterprise growth. Shenkan also serves on the board of Zuora (NYSE: ZUO), the leading SAAS subscription management platform and serves on the Audit Committee.  Previously, she served on the boards of Ritchie Bros (NYSE: RBA), ELF Cosmetics and vRide.

Shenkan brings more than 25+ years as an operator, strategist and board member transforming and scaling digital and omnichannel enterprises across industries. Prior to ACP, Shenkan was President of Common Sense Media; a technology-based media company dedicated to helping kids successfully navigate the media and technology world. Shenkan led the transformation of Common Sense into the most significant, entrepreneurial, rapidly growing, technology-based social impact organizations of its kind. Previously, Shenkan led digital transformation work at McKinsey, serving major clients across industries and geographies looking to leverage technology to innovate new business models and expand their omnichannel strategies.  Shenkan also served as an executive and officer of Previewtravel.com.  She was key to executing the reverse merger integration between Preview Travel and Travelocity; the combined entity had $1.2B in sales and was the largest online travel agency at the time. Shenkan played an integral role in bringing Wells Fargo into the digital age, spearheading its first online financial services business plan and strategy and helping to lead its $12B merger integration with First Interstate.  She started her career at GE graduating from their Financial Management Program in the Jack Welch era.

Shenkan earned a BA in Economics and Psychology and graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Michigan and earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School and is NACD Directorship Certified™.
