Jessica Wilson is a Talent Advisor with ACP, responsible for recruitment sourcing across the firm’s Financial Services portfolio. Prior to ACP, Jessica was a Sr. Talent Acquisition Lead at CACI, responsible for full life cycle recruiting across multiple billion-dollar Department of Homeland Security contracts.
Jessica began her career as a management consultant, with a specialization in healthcare data analytics and business process improvement. Through her client advisory work, she discovered her passion for people engagement. This led her to a position as Director of Human Capital at Optimity Advisors where she built the company’s HR infrastructure from the ground up and positioned the company for rapid growth. Her mission continues to be connecting great resources with opportunity.
Jessica received her B.Sc. in Commerce with a concentration in Finance from the University of Virginia’s McIntire Business School. She is also a SHRM-SCP certified HR Professional.
