Sharon Luboff is an Operating Partner of ACP, focused on investment opportunities in the medical device sector. Sharon most recently served as Group Vice President, Corporate at C.R. Bard from 2014 through the company’s acquisition by Becton Dickinson in 2017. She had corporate-wide responsibility for Business Development, Strategy, Reimbursement, HEOR and Corporate Marketing. In this role, she led more than 20 transactions for the company and drove a number of key strategic initiatives, including new market entries and the development of an economic value & outcomes capability to augment Sales & Marketing.
Prior to this role, Sharon was Group Vice President, International and Bard Medical Division, with full P&L responsibility for over $1 billion in revenue globally. She developed and executed a strategy to successfully accelerate international growth and pursue emerging markets in particular.
Prior to joining Bard, Sharon spent over 20 years at Baxter Healthcare in general management roles across multiple business lines, most recently as a Vice President and member of the senior management team at Baxter.
Sharon has a Master’s degree in Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, both from Northwestern University.
