Paul Harrington is currently the CEO of Fox Head and an Operating Partner of Altamont Capital. Founded in 1974, Fox Head is an action sports apparel and gear manufacturer that has been a global leader in MX, BMX, MTB, Wake and Surf for over 40 years.
For 5 years, Mr. Harrington was the CEO and President of Easton-Bell Sports, overseeing the Easton, Bell, Giro, and Riddell brands prior to the successful sale of the Easton Brand to Sports Performance Group in 2013. Prior to that, Mr. Harrington was CEO and President of the Reebok Brand after serving as the SVP of Global Sales and Chief Operating Officer leading up to the successful sale of Reebok International, Ltd to Adidas Group in 2006. Mr. Harrington currently sits on the Boards of Fox Head, Dakine and Mervin Manufacturing, and is also on the Board of Advisors of Vixlet, a company with a leading edge tech platform for connecting major sports leagues and teams with their global fan base. Mr. Harrington earned his M.B.A. from Babson College and IMD in Leusanne, Switzerland in 1990, and received his B.A. degree from Clark University in 1984.
